Exploring the flea market in Williamsburg... wishing I had an apartment to decorate with all the amazing items there. I don't know why I do this to myself but I can't help it... seriously considering investing in a storage unit which I can just fill with furniture and knick knacks until the day I have a house to actually display them all...

guilty pleasures.

I just can't help myself around beautifully packaged things, scented soaps wrapped in colorful paper or tied up with string, little glass bottles with antiqued labels, scented candles in beautiful containers with names like Anisette Orange and White Birch Rosemary...

transition to fall

some of my favorite inspiration photos which i pulled somewhere online and had hanging above my desk this past spring-summer. now that the seasons are slowly changing, i find myself eager for the mix of blazers and heavy wool skirts of all lengths thar mark the transition from summer to fall...

it was a beautiful weekend for a wedding... sunny, perfectly cool and crisp by the water, standing toes buried in the sand, watching two wonderful people celebrate their love for each other. dancing later, under a tent, surrounded by sparkling lights and music, friends and family.
